In-Person
When it is safer for us to do so, we will be hosting our retreats in-person! Get ready to gather with women from our online community and experience activities that will be focused on you and your well-being. Our retreats will be a combination of physical activity, mindfulness and self-care practices all geared towards making sure you are taking care of you!
